At Payson Pet Care Veterinary Clinic, our mission is to treat you and your pet with the utmost respect and love. Dr. Sandra Snyder, DVM
Medical Director

Dr. Snyder is a 1993 graduate of Iowa State University college of Veterinary Medicine. Before that she received her Bachelor of Science in Genetics also at Iowa State University. She had practiced in small animal veterinary medicine for five years in Scottsdale before coming to Payson in 1998. She was peer elected to resent northeast Arizona on the board of directors to the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. Her well-rounded education includes an intensive small animal medicine and surgery internship at the renowned Animal Medical Center in New York City, and an emergency medical internship at the Animal Emergency Medical Hospital in Sarasota, Florida and veterinary exchange program with the University of Glasgow, Scotland. Dr. Snyder is fully licensed by the Arizona and Iowa State Veterinary Medical Boards, is Nationally Accredited, and is an active member of the AVMA. She has dedicated her career to the care of companion animals.

Dr. Monica Runge, DVM

Dr. Monica Runge is a 2017 graduate from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is currently finishing her certification in mixed animal Acupuncture and has expertise in ultrasound imaging. She grew up in the small town of Mayflower, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She recently moved to Payson, AZ with her three cats and is greatly looking forward to exploring the beautiful outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, knitting, crocheting, hunting, fishing, and hiking.

Dr. Steven DeCamp, DVM

Dr. Steven DeCamp graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed his clinical rotations at Colorado State University in 2017. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. DeCamp was employed as a Certified Veterinary Technician in the Tucson and Phoenix area. During that time he gained experience working in exotic animal medicine, shelter, and small animal emergency and specialty medicine. Dr. DeCamp’s special interests are in small animal emergency medicine and ultrasonography.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. DeCamp is an avid motorcycle racing enthusiast and a college football fanatic. Dr. Decamp is dedicated to maintaining the special bond that we have with our pets, and he is very excited to be a part of the Payson Pet Care family.

Dr. Mary Emily Eubank, DVM

Dr. Mary Emily Eubank is a 2017 graduate of Colorado State University. She grew up helping out in her father’s veterinary clinic in Globe, Arizona, realizing early on she wanted to be a veterinarian. While growing up, she was avidly involved in Gila County 4H, and was a Gila County Rodeo Queen. She attended Colorado State University and graduated with a Bachelor’ s degree in Animal Science prior to attending veterinary school at Colorado State University. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, shooting, reading, running, and hiking, as well as anything else outdoors.
